Returning to movement after illness, set backs or injury takes some time. It is a very personal journey, with its own challenges.

Taking this time for yourself - step by step - is so important if you want to bounce back again. Rebuilding confidence, trust and strength.

I have been there - having to start over and rebuild my body. I started my exercises where I was, and rebuilt my body, strength, and trust in my body step by step. A couple of times.

This is how I support my clients too. The individual approach is perfect, for everyone wanting to start where they are, progress at their own pace, and rebuild strength, confidence and trust in their body.

With my own lived experience, and more than 3000 hours teaching experience in Pilates, I love helping people in all stages of life, returning to movement - and back to the life they want to live.
