Mat All Levels
Our Pilates Mat group classes engage your whole body, strengthening your core while improving balance, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Using props like the magic circle, TheraBand, and stability balls, classes are suitable for all fitness levels, helping you develop long, lean muscles and achieve lasting results at your own pace.


Reformer on the Mat
Move alongside our reformer all levels class referring the movement onto the mat. We support you and give you some extra cues to refer the exercise onto the mat. This is a challenging class - the next level from a normal mat class.
