Reformer All Levels
Experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates with our all levels reformer class. Improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.
Our classes cater to all skill levels, ensuring a fun and dynamic experience. You will be using tools like the magic circle, weights, and Thera band in some of our classes.
Reformer Foundations
Experience the essentials of Reformer Pilates with
our beginner-friendly Reformer Foundations. This class is specifically designed to introduce you
to the core principles and techniques of
Reformer Pilates. You will learn and focus on proper alignment, controlled movements, and
breathwork, to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.
ReforMa Strength
Experience the best of both worlds with our Reformer and Mat Pilates fusion class—a dynamic workout designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. This class helps to build up even muscle strength, supports bone health, and boosts metabolism and heart health for overall fitness.
To further support bone density and strength, we also incorporate light weights.
This class is ideal for all ages and fitness levels looking for a balanced, full-body Pilates workout.
Please note: This class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, managing injuries, or diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Intro Reformer *
This 35 min class is for everyone who is new to Reformer Pilates. You get to know the Reformer and it's functions and move through introductory to
basic exercises.

Our Mat Pilates classes are the perfect way to engage every muscle and move your body in all directions. You will work your whole body
evenly - flex, rotate, and extend - strengthening your core,
improve balance, mobility, coordination, flexibility, and posture.
Develop long, lean muscles while progressing at your own
pace for lasting results.
Suitable for all fitness levels, our mat classes also
incorporate props such as the magic circle, TheraBand, and
stability balls to keep it varied, challenging, and fun.

Our 55-minute private sessions are designed to ensure that you get the most out of
each session.

These 55 minute sessions are onsite in Newmarket or online via zoom.

My Story
Meet Karin!
Karin proudly owns and operates Keep Moving Pilates.
She is holding the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, through PITC in WA.
After facing recurring injuries due to uneven muscle mass, she focused on building balanced strength and flexibility mainly through Pilates, to stay injury free in her sports. Since then she has been injury-free. She then transitioned from an office to a full time career in Pilates, with more than 5000 hours experience. Karin is passionate about supporting others in acheiving their health and fitness goals.
In her free time she loves walking, spending time with her family, friends and being active. She is currently training for the next Hyrox competition in Brisbane and the half marathon at the Gold Coast, both in 2026.

Our group classes are for a
maximum of nine.
