Beginner Reformer Series

We are excited to announce our upcoming Beginner Reformer Pilates series, designed especially for those new to the practice. This six week series will guide you through the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Series Details:

  • Duration: Six weeks

  • Start Date: 5th February 2025

  • Schedule: Wednesday at 6.55 pm
