Reformer Pilates is excellent for supporting our bodies as we age. This Pilates class is designed to help you build strength, enhance overall mobility, balance and support bone health, so you move better and stay active for the long term.
Practise movement that your body remembers and transfers into everyday life - bending to pick up the groceries or reaching overhead, to get something from the cupboard and more.
