Starting Pilates at Keep Moving Pilates is straight forward — and the best way to get started is with one of our intro offers. They are designed for you to get to know the studio, the way we teach, and try our classes and sessions.

Most people are thinking about getting started with Pilates, but the most challenging part is "to start"'

Our bodies are all different. Some people are returning to movement after time away, some are returning back to movement after set backs, post injuries or conditions like osteopenia, and others want to build strength and move better in everyday life. That’s why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Group Classes Intro Offer

A great way to experience our studio and begin building strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive group environment. Ideal if you’re ready to move regularly and enjoy the energy of a class setting.

Private Pilates Intro Offer (Includes Initial Consultation)

Private sessions are the most individual way to begin.

Your journey starts with a compulsory initial consultation, which is included in your private intro offer. This session allows us to:

  • Understand how your body moves

  • Discuss your goals and history

  • Identify any injuries, niggles, or concerns

  • Support specific needs such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, or post-rehabilitation care

  • Create a safe, tailored starting program just for you.
     

From there, your private sessions are built specifically around your body, goals and requirements. You progress at your own pace - step by step.

Our introductory offer for our private/ clinical and semi-private sessions.

  • 3x Private One on One 55 min Sessions tailored to your individual requirements.

  • First Session used as first initial consultation to get to know your body, goals and specific requirements.

  • -Expires three weeks from the date of first visit.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions always begin with a private intro offer first.

Your first session is the first initial consultation, which is included in your private intro offer. This session allows us to:

  • Understand how your body moves

  • Discuss your goals and history

  • Identify any injuries, niggles, or concerns

  • Support specific needs such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, or post-rehabilitation care

  • Create a safe, tailored starting program just for you.

     

From there, we design your individual exercise plan. Semi Privates are in a setting of four people to one instructor. Everyone follows their own individual program, while the instructor checks in with each person throughout the session. This allows us to support you in progressing safely, adjust where needed, and ensure your form is correct so you get the most out of every exercise.
 

Start Where You Are

You don't need to be fit or experienced to begin. The most important step is starting in the right way for you and your body.

From there, we guide you through a clear progression — from private sessions, to semi-private, and into group classes when you’re ready.
