Our specialised six week program in Newmarket, Brisbane is designed

for women 40+ in perimenopause, menopause and beyond - because this stage

of your life needs different, specialised support.

Pilates is one of the most supportive, low impact exercise during

perimenopause & beyond.

Our program is designed with You in mind. Exercising in a way that works for your body and it's requirements. Instead of smashing it - starting and building it up, step by step.

  • Building strength.

  • Supporting bone health.

  • Improving balance.

  • Waking up your core. 

  • Reconnecting to Your body.

Week by week, You will feel small changes, such as:

  • Getting out of bed easier.

  • Improved sleep.

  • It feels easier carrying bags and lifting things.

  • Standing taller.

  • Feeling more confident.

  • Trusting Your body again.
     

Our classes are small, with a maximum of eight people, allowing you to feel supported, guided and confident in your movement. Exercise in a calm, welcoming environment with an instructor specially trained in peri-menopause and post-menopause Pilates, and with life experience of going through that stage herself. Exercise and connect with women in this life-stage.

A monthly get together for women 40+ to connect, exchange experiences, tricks, and laugh in a safe and welcoming space. Every third Saturday of the month from 1.30 PM to 3.00 PM at Keep Moving Pilates.
