Perimenopause is a normal stage in a women’s life that often begins in the mid-40s.  Menopause is one day only - the day exactly twelve consecutive month after the last menstrual period.

Lifestyle and movement plays an important role in managing symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Pilates is one of the most supportive, low impact exercise during

perimenopause & beyond.

Our new reformer and mat group classes are designed to help women 40+ to:

The classes are small, and focused on helping you feel stronger in your body. Exercise in a calm and supportive environment, with an instructor especially trained in

A monthly get together for women 40+ to connect, exchange experiences, tricks, and laugh. Every third Saturday of the month from 1.30 PM to 3.00 PM at Keep Moving Pilates.
