Women Thrive Menopause

Coming Soon

Move Through Peri - Menopause

Perimenopause is a normal stage in a woman’s life that often begins in the mid-40s. During this time, hormonal changes can lead to symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, interrupted sleep, joint stiffness, reduced muscle strength and changes in energy levels.

While these changes are normal, many women feel unsure about how to support their bodies during this transition.

Movement plays an important role in managing symptons and thrive through

this lifephase.

Pilates is one of the most supportive, low impact exercise during perimenopause.

Our new Reformer classes are designed to help women:

• maintain and improve bone health
• support heart health and circulation
• increase strength and muscle tone
• improve mobility and posture

• move with more confidence and stability

• promote better sleep

• all in a group with other women.

The classes are supportive, small, and focused on helping you feel stronger in your body as it changes.
