Pilates Mat 

Our mat classes are designed to work all your muscles,  move your body in all directions whilst you flex, rotate and extend.

All of these movements work to improve your core and overall strength, improves your balance, mobility, coordination, flexibility, your posture and you can develop long, lean muscles and more.​


You will be challenged in each class and progress continuously at your own pace.

In our mat classes you will also be using props such as the magic circle, thera band, stability balls and more.

Classes are catered for all levels.

Pilates Mat Core

Our mat core classes are designed to give you a full body workout with focus on the core, which includes your pelvic floor, lower back and hips.

You stabilise your spine, improve your posture, build up strenght to keep your body balanced and stable so you can move with more confidence and freedom.

A strong core can also help prevent lower back pain.

In our core classes we also use props such as stability balls, magic circle, thera band and more.

Classes are catered for all levels.

Reformer Pilates is a great way to improve your overall mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination and more whilst being in motion.

You will be using the springs to further challenge yourself either by adding resistance or taking away the support of the springs.

You will work with your hands and/or  feet in the straps in different positions on and around the reformer.


You are working out whilst being in motion either lying, kneeling or standing on or next to the reformer.

You will be using the magic circle, weights and Thera band in some reformer classes for additional Pilates fun.

Classes are catered for all levels.

Privates 1:1

Our 55-minute one-on-one sessions are designed to cater to your unique needs and requirements. We tailor each session to ensure that you get the most out of it.



Owner and operator of Keep Moving Pilates. 

Karin is a certified Pilates instructor holding the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. Karin is passionate teaching her clients and loves to see their progress. 

Karin always had a passion for sports and turned it into a new career after working in an office job for many years. She now has more than 3000 hours teaching experience.

In her spare time she loves walking, spending time with her family, dragon boating and Pilates of course.


Pilates instructor 

Kat is a certified Ex-Phys and holds a cert IV in reformer and mat Pilates. 

She enjoys providing clients with workouts

which leave them feeling great.

Kat is a trail runner and sport enthusiast.
